•           Raised Structure add $100.00 up to 1000 Sq Ft, then add $50 for each additional 500 Sq Ft.
•           Additional A/C units, Water heaters, Kitchens and baths over 3, add $25.00 each.
•           Structures built prior to 1999 add $50.00, prior to 1980 add $100
•           Camp style structures, Multiplex Units and Mobile Homes start at $400.00
